How long before you get back to me?
We shoot for 48 hours or less, unless we’ve got a lot on our plate, but we do our best let you know if we expect it to take any longer.
After I get my quote, how often will you contact me?
Never. Well, almost. What we won’t do is hound you day after day. That’s not our style. But we won’t forget you either. So we might shoot an email over to you or give you a quick call, just to see if you have any questions. Or to see if there’s some other way we can be of service. It’s the neighborly thing to do.
